Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on clothing items within 30 days from the delivery date of your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following requirements:

  • New and unused condition: All items must be in their original, new, unused, and unworn condition
  • No signs of wear: Items showing any signs of use, wear, stains, odors, or damage will NOT be accepted
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
  • All tags attached: Original tags and labels must still be attached

Important: Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and will NOT be returned to the customer.

Return Process

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Before returning any items, you MUST:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page
  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Provide your order number and reason for return
  4. Wait for our approval and RMA number before shipping

Step 2: Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Tracking required: You must provide a return tracking number for all returns
  • Secure packaging: Package items securely to prevent damage during transit

Step 3: Processing

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items worn, used, or showing signs of wear
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day deadline
  • Items returned without proper RMA authorization

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return and replacement.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer)
