If An Employee Routinely Gets The Order Wrong, Will They Be Fired, Or Simply Keep Their Job? The Playoffs Are Here!

If you are constantly receiving the wrong order from a fast-food drive through, do you allow that employee or business to continue at the same rate? Even though you know they can do better??

If you are understanding of the NFL Playoffs and what expectations go into professional athletics, this yields the question for big teams like the Ravens who are expected to win Super Bowl 58 February 9th, 2025 – If they don’t win, are jobs at risk?

How do you evaluate success for retention at your place of employment?

If the Ravens, Bills or maybe the Eagles don’t win the big chip this year, their season may result in a failure. I actually beg to differ in a larger scheme of how success is measured both individually and organizationally. Winning battles is what we do in the Army, but we understand the War might not always produce the level of success we desire as a global leader; but regardless, we revere our servicemembers in the highest regards.

The only problem with the team here is that… It’s FOOTBALL BABY!! LET’S GO!!
