Founder & Creative Director
Lamar Simmons has a B.S in Operations Research from the United States Military Academy, 2011 and earned MSBA from William & Mary in 2022. As a former Army Logistics Officer, as a Captain, he has lead Soldiers across the globe for 9 years before transitioning to a career in professional consulting.

Lawrence ‘LB’ Brown, USMA ’11, is a versatile leader by way of Virginia Beach, VA earning an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Northeastern University and former US Army Major.
