As always however, the fundamental question is, “Why?” Why do individuals regularly choose these geographic and/or demographic regions in which to pursue, fulfill, and/or achieve one’s life purpose, goals, and/or satisfaction?” Is it the beaches/oceanfront accessibility, the recurring entertainment/night-life opportunities (i.e. professional sporting events, theater shows, constant celebrity presence etc.), existing business opportunities, employment options, retirement benefits, and/or the want for a sheer routine ‘naturistic and seasonal environment’ where one can experience a true Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter? You be the judge…but we know however, as the market demonstrates, not too many places like these regions exist…
